Paul Peterson is a serial entrepreneur and long time Maui resident who has dealt with the pain and discomfort from serious injuries he received when he was shot in the head multiple times by a home invader in 1983. Then, in 2015, Paul was diagnosed with cancer and felt helpless. Paul’s local Doctor recommended he meet with several local Herbalists to seek natural remedies for his various health issues. This team of local Herbalists were cultivating and formulating Hawaiian grown herbal remedies including indigenous herbs and fruits infused with locally grown CBD ( Cannabidiol), a non-psychoactive ingredient extracted from locally harvested hemp plants. These products are helping people around our world!
What products do you make and how are they unique?
We make a variety of internal and external products designed to provide several health and wellness benefits. The infusion of CBD with other herbal remedies provides our customers with a completely organic, plant-based option for relieving stress, anxiety, and sleep disorders.
How many local Maui farms provide ingredients to Maui Farma?
All Maui Farma products are infused with hand harvested locally grown full spectrum hemp grown on numerous local small craft farms located at the 2,000 foot elevation on the slopes of Maui. The locally grown hemp, along with Maui grown herbs, fruit and botanicals, are then collected an processed into a variety of efficacious products helping people worldwide achieve better health and wellness.
